Effective December 6, 2018, all High-Speed Internet and/or Home Phone orders in Canada will now require a $25 pre-payment during the order entry process. This $25 pre-payment will be credited to customers on their first invoice. This change will have no impact on existing customers.

If the service offering is unable to be activated at the service location, the $25 will be refunded to the payment method used to process the order (the customer will see this pre-payment referred to as a “deposit” in the ordering portal).

But wait – there’s good news! ACN will continue to waive all up front charges for High-Speed Internet and Home Phone! This now includes customers who order Home Phone and select a new phone number. That’s right! No cost for equipment (Modem or Phone Adapter), and no shipping or activation fees!
