The J.D. Power 2017 Home Security Satisfaction StudySM found that Vivint excelled in effectiveness of securing customers’ homes; ease of use; timeliness of resolving problems, questions or requests; and clarity of information provided for customer service. Vivint is also the only company to earn a Power Circle Rating of five, which is considered “Among the Best.”
