Maintenance Outage Planned for Friday, September 6

We will be performing scheduled system updates on Friday, September 6, starting at 7:00 PM ET. These updates are expected to take several hours to complete. During this time, the IBO Back Office, IBO Enrollments, Digital Phone, acnreg.com, and High-Speed Internet order portals will be temporarily unavailable. IBO Support, Customer Service, and Tech Support will be closing during this time, and only Flash Wireless chat service will be available for wireless support. All systems should be restored by approximately 1:00 AM ET on Saturday, September 7.

Updates on Downline Reporting and your Personal Customer List will also be delayed and not available until approximately 7:00 AM ET Saturday, September 7.
