Starting Wednesday 11/18,  XOOM Energy will verify the account type selected by the customer when they enroll against the actual account type based on the utility meter designation. This change will affect all XOOM Energy web-based and Multi-Location Enrollments (MLE) going forward. XOOM Energy will also start sending the new MLEC (commercial accounts) and MLER (residential accounts) service codes for MLE enrollments based on the customer’s actual meter type verified by the utility. These changes will also affect account renewals.

If the enrollment selection does not match the actual utility meter type, XOOM Energy will change the account to the correct enrollment type, and points will be reassigned by ACN based on the actual account type.
