XOOM Energy customers in Alberta with both electric and natural gas services can now consolidate their energy charges into one monthly bill with Dual Service Billing!

Things to Know

New Customers

– Customers enrolling in both electric and gas service will see the option “Please include the charges for both my electric and natural gas plans on one bill” automatically selected.

– Customers who want to receive separate bills can uncheck this option.

Existing Customers

– Existing customers with both electric and natural gas service can call XOOM Energy Customer Care to enroll in Dual Service Billing:

Customer Care Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8AM – 11PM EST

Saturday: 9AM – 7PM EST

– Customers who have an existing balance and are NOT on Auto Bill Pay, will be directed to XOOM Energy’s Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) to make a payment before being able to request Dual Service Billing.

– Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for Dual Service Billing to appear.
