My Account now offers a contemporary design, improved navigation, simplified steps for locating important account information, and more! All ACN and Flash Services customers will enjoy the same My Account experience, which includes the Flash Services – Powered by ACN branding. Check out the key changes below.

Login Credentials

  • The former My Account login pages (on both and will be automatically redirected to the new web address:
  • To log in to the new My Account, new and existing customers will use their email address as their username.
  • As of 11/22/21, all new orders required customers to establish an email address and password as their My Account login credentials.
  • Existing customers were notified, by email, to use their existing primary email address (associated with their account) and current password to log in to the new My Account.
  • If an existing customer had a single email address associated with multiple accounts, they were notified to update each account with a unique email address to prepare for the new My Account. If the customer had not done this prior to December 2, the customer must contact Customer Care to re-register. (If these customers attempt to log in to the new My Account, they will receive a login failure.)

Features & Account Management

  • Calling features will be managed by using star (*) codes. (Calling features will be shown in My Account with use instructions.) Voicemail will be managed by calling the phone number associated with the ACN or Flash Services account.
  • Changes to existing service (or add-ons) will be available in My Account. However, there will be limitations to options and specific account types.
  • ACN DigitalTalk/DigitalTalk Express® customers will access My Account for account details and billing/payment history. All feature management and changes to the customer’s existing service will be made by contacting Customer Care.

Customer Communication

  • ACN and Flash Services customers will receive redesigned emails and text messages to keep them up to date with information regarding their service.
  • Text messages will also be sent to advise the customer of internet installation and activation dates.

Monthly Billing Statements (Invoices)

  • ACN and Flash Services Home Phone and Internet customers will see a redesigned monthly billing statement, which is visible by logging in to My Account.

ACN customers with traditional wireline phone service will continue to receive a monthly invoice, by mail, as they do today.
