Reminder About Changes to Allowable Payment Methods for New Customer Orders 

Now, only the following payment options are accepted for upfront charges during the Flash Services order entry process: 

  • VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX credit cards 
  • Debit cards with the VISA or Mastercard logos 

A bank account payment option (Electronic Funds Transfer) is no longer available for new customers within the Flash Services order entry portal.  

Now, you can new customers an earlier installation date. 

Please note that this change will also result in the removal of a bank account as the preferred Auto-Pay option during the order entry process. Once a customer’s account and service are active, the customer will be able to log in to My Account and change the Auto-Pay method to a bank account, if needed. Existing customers are not affected by this change.
