No Impact to Existing Customers, IBO Commissions, or Qualifications

Effective July 19, 2018, ACN will discontinue accepting new standalone and bundled orders for residential High-Speed Internet service in Telus territories. There will be no impact to existing customers. ACN will continue to provide service and support to existing customers such as:

– Speed changes

– Address changes

– Switch from DSL to Cable (Shaw)

Additionally, existing customers will count toward IBO qualifications and commissions for the term of the customer agreement.
