To ensure the best experience for your new Vivint customer, review the installation day checklist to help them understand what’s required for a successful installation.

Pre-installation Checklist:

  • Verify the scheduled arrival window included in the confirmation email
  • The primary customer and signer must be present at the beginning of the installation
  • Customer must provide valid ID, the last four of SSN and payment method to process the first payment
  • The customer’s home or business must have power
  • Make sure that the customer has high-speed internet if a camera is included
